Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "juab365" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming service accessible at juab365.net, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, and services operated under the juab365 brand.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operating entity behind the juab365 platform.

Acceptance of Terms

juab365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID card, driver's licence, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts may be suspended pending completion of age verification, and any winnings accrued prior to verification being satisfactorily completed may be withheld.

Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to the depositing payment method where technically possible, and any winnings will be forfeited in their entirety. juab365 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of juab365 services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the juab365 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

juab365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any wagers placed through your account, whether authorised by you or not, will be considered valid unless juab365 is notified of a security breach prior to the wager being settled.

Deposits & Payment Methods

juab365 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. juab365 does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the juab365 cashier at the time of deposit. juab365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion. Deposits made via e-wallet channels such as GCash and Maya are typically processed and credited to your juab365 account balance immediately. Processing times for bank transfer channels may vary.

juab365 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which juab365 accepts no responsibility. All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.

Withdrawals & Payout Policy

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The Player's account has been fully verified in accordance with juab365's KYC requirements.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds included in the balance have been satisfied in full.
• No pending security review, AML investigation, or dispute is outstanding on the account.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the juab365 cashier.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all juab365 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino games, jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or be entirely excluded. Contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus credits and any associated winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unsatisfied, a maximum bet limit applies per round or hand. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of any winnings derived from the excess bet.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available through the juab365 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and platform matters.

juab365 sources its games exclusively from licensed and regulated game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the following principles apply:

• A malfunction voids all pays and plays for the affected round.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the juab365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your juab365 account.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juab365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the juab365 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption to gaming services or inability to access the platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or published odds.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account by third parties.
• Technical malfunctions, network failures, or force majeure events beyond juab365's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, juab365's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your juab365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The juab365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. juab365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the platform or its content.

Privacy & Data

juab365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the juab365 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

juab365 processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where you have provided appropriate consent, direct marketing. juab365 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Amendments to Terms

juab365 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the platform's product offering, or changes to juab365's operational policies.

Where amendments are material in nature, juab365 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players through a platform notification, email to the registered address, or publication of a clearly marked updated version of these Terms & Conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or reformatting — may be made without specific notice.

Your continued use of the juab365 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players who wish to close their juab365 account should contact customer support. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no open wagering obligations remain.

juab365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has:

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the juab365 platform, except where applicable law requires a different forum.

Nothing in this clause shall limit juab365's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it considers such relief necessary to protect its interests, including in matters involving intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality obligations.
